Auto QC system:

Sample of FDG produced in synthesis module is transferred to Auto Q.C. This reduces the radiation exposure of operator significantly. This ensures that only safe product is sending out from lab to customer. The results are stored in database and can’t be changed or edited.

  • Radioactivity ( by Ion Chamber Detector)
  • Volume (by measuring weight of the product vial)
  • pH (drop on Ph examination paper and check by CCD camera )
  • Aluminum ion (drop on aluminum ion examination paper and checked by CCD camera )
  • Kryptfix 222 ( drop on silica gel plate and check by CCD camera )
  • Radiochemical purity measurement (by on- line HPLC)
  • Bacteria (Dispensing and off line measurement in incubator)
  • Half life (Nal Detector)
  • Endtoxin ( Endtoxin measurement system )
  • Quality checking items ( Several per year)
  • Gamma ray spectrum (RS – 232C connection from the Nal module to PC)
