FDG is produced by Hamacher method using 18 F- and triflate materials.
Synthesis time is < 30 Min. and yield is 60% +/- 5% .
The synthesis system consists of fallowing four units:

- Cassette for F300E
- F300E controller
- PC for F300E
- F300E utility unit
- Vacuum pump
